I am a fully accredited, UKCP registered integrative psychotherapist working in Clerkenwell, London (EC1) where I offer traditional one-to-one psychotherapy and clinical supervision. I am also a member of staff at the Centre for Psychoanalytic Studies at the University of Essex where I lecture students and carry out research.
I strongly believe that the amazing ideas within psychology should not be limited to the consultation room or the university and am committed to sharing these ideas in a way most people can understand. I do this as a mental health contributor for the BBC and other media outlets, and as the media spokesperson for the UKCP. I’m currently writing a book on the psychology of social networking.
