I offer consultations to individuals or teams that are having difficulties or challenges within organisations and need some outside psychological perspectives. Oftentimes this can be seen as a sort of external “supervision” to help individuals work better with their teams, or come to some difficult decisions with regard to group dynamics.
The service I offer is a combination of my psychological skills as a psychotherapist, combined with my own experience working within organisational settings. Through my experience I have found that having an outside consultant, who is able to observe the dynamics of your organisation, and then facilitate change, can have a profound effect on the individuals involved.
Individual and organisational consultation is organised on a case-by-case basis, as assessments will need to be made with regard to frequency and duration, usually with particular goals set in place. Setting up a one-to-one meeting in the first instance is the best way to start our conversation about either individual or organisational consultation.
