As you can see from my media psychology page, one of my greatest interests has been in communicating what I think are the wonderful ideas from psychology into a language that everyone can understand. I have been doing this for more than a decade now starting from my work as the Agony Uncle “Ask Aaron” for Children’s BBC, through my current work as the psychological expert on BBC Radio 1’s “Surgery with Aled”.
I have a great deal of experience both in front and behind microphones or cameras speaking about how psychology can help people every day. Below is just a sampling of my work. Please scroll through to see a variety of different aspects of my work with children and young people. For a fuller accounting of my media work, please contact me directly.
Clips 1-6 show a series on young people’s relationships I worked on for BBC learning.
Clips 7-8 demonstrate my work on the CBBC channel.
